Apamaté is a whole-body, whole-person practice that embeds a trauma-sensitive and healing-informed approach to three offerings: Coaching, Writing, and Yoga Instruction. All of these services are available online, for individuals & groups, anywhere in the world.

Through How To *Your* Way blog articles and my social media, I offer tools, techniques, and anecdotes to help you bridge the gap between what looks great on paper but feels awful inside, and living into your purpose.
